The upper portion of the dress fits well. Just too long for my height. Noticed there was the same dress but in girl sizes. Bought the largest girl size because the bust would be as big as 46". Not tight. It would be a couple inches shorter! Taa-daa! It worked out well. Return the size small adult size & kept the girls size 14! If I kept the adult small, it would like a maxi dress length.
